Hi there,
i was looking at my creditfile and what remains of my 2011-2013 hell of payday loan nightmares and came across MyJar (formally txtloan) and i did the whole making a complaint thing, i decided to write a complaint, i found this email from txtloan and thought the charges were absurd, they have left a default on my credit file for £696, it made it very difficult to obtain credit after this with such a large default
they replied back to me the following
Now it made things about suspicious to me on my end that they have had time to look into the matter and come up with nothing, so i decided to look into it myself in depth and i came up with this
now i have no idea why or how i never realised this before but looking at the payment dates and the payments taken, how in the world?! that is some astronomical APR and literally taking the michael here, it's like i borrowed and then repaid on the same day and paying for the privilege of doing so?
what are my options/choices here? they claimed i never paid back the £300 original but hell i paid it back plus £196 more the next day!!
