repayment methods

i have no way to make payment on a quickquid short term loan, my bank account will swallow up any money i place into it, ive asked for for quuickquids sort code and account number so i can pay it manually but they will not give me such details, i have they money but just no way to transfer it electronically

what can i do?

check your bank account online if QQ logged a Direct Debit on your account (they did for me) - if they did, remove it, cancel it.

call your bank, explain the situation. tell them you give no authority to QQ to use your card, you withdraw your Continuous Payment Authority from QQ and if QQ tried to either use your card or use DD, that's unathorised.

Write to QQ (collections@quickquid.co.uk) that you withdraw the CPA and they are no longer authorised to use your card, and offer them an instalment plan that you can afford.
(I've read on this board they cannot legally refuse.... but they will refuse, or better, they won't reply.)

Now I just opened a thread about QQ and I advise you go and read the long story cos it started EXACTLY like yours.

So when QQ says you MUST pay their high installments - and for them to lower it you first must fail on EACH instalment... that's surely BS.

When you write to them, ask them for their bank details or giro slip (like one you see attached to bottom utility bills) so you can pay over the counter at the bank.
