Loan signed for 10.11.03

Funds transferred 17.11.03

Only cooling off period I can see on agreement states :-

"that lender should have given a copy of this agreement (presume a signed copy) at least 7 days ago" ? Can someone kindly confirm if this is correct under CCA 1974 ? Should it not be 14 days ?

Checked Legal Charge property details from LR

States : Progressive Financial Services still and Registered Charge dated 14.11.03 ?

Also checked various Credit files (Equifax etc) and no mention of Welcome Finance Loan ?
