We had a new boiler fitted back in April 2017, and financed by HFB and as part of the contract they are obliged to service it every year:
Under '6. Our responsibilities and obligations
(e) During the term of this agreement, we will keep the boiler and Heating System in good repair, condition and working order, including providing an annual service check....'
They have never contacted me to organise the service, not once. I haven't seen or heard from them (in regards to maintaining the boiler) since they installed it 3-years ago.
I need help on how best to approach these two possible breach of contracts please?
