    NOT a rejection letter...

    Hi all,
    I'm about to post a copy of the most recent letter from my bank re. claim for bank charges under hardship. They also sent me a copy of a pamphlet about taking complaint to FOS. Still trying to remain positive....

    Definitely not a rejection letter - more a sort of 'we'll get around to it when we feel like it' letter.

    Maybe they'll ponder it in the New Year; must be worthy of an all-expenses-paid luncheon or two!
