    HSBC - closed Financial Hardship department ?

    Can anyone verify if this is true ?

    I know we had a numbe rof claimants on FH with HSBC who were being repaid their deficit monthly from the charges claims (tho how HSBC got away with doing that anyway is beyond me), and this has now been stopped because of the judgment in the test case.

    If so then we need to do some work on HSBC ref BCOBS and lending code as that IMO is not treating people fairly.
