Has anyone claimed hardship once.Then is claiming again?And did they get paid out I am worried.I have claimed once they paid me £500. to pay some debts off.Iam now out of work.And trying to claim it again.Has the bills are dropping threw again.The bank is charging me charges again.I am in **** street!!!!! Help please?

The first repayment will have been an interim payment and the rest stuck on hold pending the outcome of the test case (obviously thats a bit up in the air at the moment) so although those past charges may still be on hold, charges you are incurring now you should appeal to the bank over giving you some breathing space while you sort things out - and look at why you are getting the charges.
You might need to look at cancelling DD's etc and making payments manually, switching to a basic account and adjusting the budgeting. But the bank needs to help too under BCOBS and treat you fairly and sympathetically whilst you reorganise things.
If you want to complete the Income Expenditure sheet and upload it here we can go through things and work on a letter to the bank to ask them to assist. - organise repayments on overdraft / move to a basic account / stop future charges & interest etc.
Will help all we can, and once the legalitys of the test case overall are sorted we'll have a better idea about the historical charges too.
