Taking your expenses and using £128 for telephone the it only adds up to £875 and you are therefore out on your calculations by a further £30.
The fact is presently on the figues you have shown I do not think you will meet the hardship as you are showing over £100 in excess of your income.
You also now state in your letter that you have just scrapped the car?
Therefore you will need to change the spreadie to take this into account.
How are you now getting to work? is there fares involved?
