Hi Lasek,

Just a quick suggestion after reading your IE, do you have a credit union in your area? I would suggest that you get a credit union loan if you can to pay off the payday loans as the intrest on those is likely to be astronomical. I never recommend taking out loans to pay off other loans but in this case it might actually save you money xx

Yes i found one! It is close to place where I live. I will have a word with them so can take care off day pay day loans.

I've had a quick look at your I/E sheet, are you sure you only need £100 month for food ? is there anyway you can cut down your phone/internet expense, ie cheaper deals on mobiles.

I'm not clued up at all on pay day loans but I'm sure someone will pop along later and be able to advise further on that subject.

Lazek I think we need a bit more information so we can understand a little easier.

How many people are their in your household ?
Is that just you're income, if there is someone else living with you is that included?
How long have you left on your fines?
Have you looked into finding cheaper phones, car insurance and anything else.

Have you any charges or PPI on your credit card/s that can be claimed back ?

Just a few questions to bein with I'm sure there will be more later

Hi Lasek,

I have had taken a look at your I & E and this does not fully demonstrate hardship on it's own. Basically, your expenses match ecactly to your income on the figures you have shown on this expenses sheet. Are you self employed or employed!

1. I agree with Sapphy that the telephone cost per month are quite high.

2. What about bank charges, prescription charges and dentist to name a few!
3. Also, I thought that petrol of £180 per month is very high, unless you do a high mileage for work and if this is the case do you get re-imbursed on a mileage basis.
4. Magistrates court fines £140 can you advise over what period of time you will be paying this and again you will need to show evidence of this.

5. Are any of the credit debts already included in your outgoings under box B

Have the creditors agreed to the proposed monthly figures! ie have you written to them and have you received letters confirming the position.

In order to qualify for hardship under the FSA waiver rules you need to be able to demonstrate to Nat West that you qualify. In order to do this I will draw your attention to my thread the 28th January I posted the hardship rules for you and as yet you have not confirmed which of the rules applies to you.

Once you can demonstrate fully that you come under the hardship rules as laid down by the FSA waiver, then you should supply all the evidences applying to your circumstances and then you can revert back to Nat West for their further consideration.

Yes it is just my income, i share the bills with person who lives wit me

Fines are up to 2800£ and I think I will be charge again this month

Is that just you're income, if there is someone else living with you is that included?
Yes it is just my income, i share the bills with person who lives wit me If you are living as co-habitee's ie husband/wife then you need to include your partners income and expenditure on the sheet.
How long have you left on your fines?
Fines are up to 2800£ and I think I will be charge again this month I'm not going to ask you about this, except for how long have you got to go on these.

There is a forum on the site for reclaiming charges and PPI, CLAIMING AGAINST YOUR BANK or CREDIT CARD PROVIDER - Legal Beagles have a read you may be able to understand a bit more. Then start a new thread for each card in the relevent forums and away you go, people will pop along and help you along the way, the same goes with the PPI as well.

Hello! Sorry but I was busy with few credit companies ans MANAGED to claim back 800 ish pounds!
Thanks to all from this forum.
I recently sent to Natwest another letter for all charge refunds. I think its now up to 3100£ including interest.
Not sure what to do now with this one. Still having problems. got 10% from my work. Landlorad rasied the rent plus other financial commintments I have.
Can I ask again for some advise here? Shall I fill in claim form and contact Court?

I commuto to work 5 days a week. Thats 25 miles each way. Fuel cost me fortune!

Paid them all now...
