                Hi all,
Just recieved another letter this afternoon saying that they have transfered my claim to their specialist team - Consumer Finance Debt Management.
and said it would take them up to five working days.
A member of their team may contact me to discuss my claim either by phone or letter
In the meantime i may wish to speak with a dept counselling organiseation.
I think i'm getting closer, but im not singing yet.
What do you think ? :tinysmile_kiss_t4:

That is fantastic news Milly, I am so thrilled for you....what a quick turn arround. I will ask one of the site helpers to change the title of your thread and move it to sucesses.

Can you please advise what this sum represents ie 70% of claim, and remember this is not in full and final - when the test case is completed hopefully in our favour the balance of your claim will be paid to you.
