  • nationwide hardship case

    Hi,

put a hardship case claim into nationwide for aprrox £4500 of bank charges in last 18months, filled in i&e and was told that my credits to the account well exceed my reported earnings.

This is because of previous troubles i could no longer have a business bank account so all money go in here then wages supplies etc gets paid out. they say because i am running a business from a flexaccount that i am not running it within t&c so no refund.
is there anything i can do as really really do need this money.
    thanks
