Too late to send CCA letters once defence submitted?

Hello - sorry I posted this thread in the welcome forum! New to this.

Please could you advise whether it is too late to send CCA letters to Arrow Global and Restons, as we have already submitted our defence? There is a slight technical hitch which means we have about 10 days to send an amended defence form (too complicated to explain) but the defence documentation is already with Restons.

Advice much appreciated.
