Does anyone know who to write to HMRC
Long story from thread I had last year after all this time my OH has had his complaint taken on by HMRC Adjudicators Office but he still gets debt demand letters but they are different amounts to what HMRC say is owed hence the whole mess ending up with the adjudicator.
Is there a correct department to write to to try to suspend collection activity
Any help would be much appreciated
