Thank you. It was quite harrowing and I've agreed to more than I can realistically afford but if it gets them off my back that is good. I think I'd have agreed to anything so that I would not have to go to court. Mediator was very good though

Sorry it was not the result that you were hoping for, I know that they are very difficult at mediation. In my case they would not settle for any less than the full amount claimed so I declined. I am now awaiting Judge;s Directions from my local court.

Well I hope it goes well for you. I think there was a chance that I could have won in court but I just wanted it over. It doesn't seem right that these people can do what they do. Don't know about your case but my debt was just a few months away from being statute barred.
