Hi wondering if anyone can help me please.
My partner singed up to trade 4 train skills in February 2016, his course was due to start on May 2016 and first payment was also due then. April 2016 we called to cancel as partner got a new job and we were due our second baby. We were advised that we only had 14 days to cancel nothing on which the sales man advised when he was out he advised we could cancel anytime. So my partner hasn't started the course he hasn't paid anything towards it and train 4 trade skills have advised they cannot give the noney back to the finance company even though he hasn't started.we are now getting debt letter from agencies but having looked around online I've saw on a few sites that this is a scam. It is now on my partners credit file just wondering what we can do to get the letters to stop and have it removed from his credit file and also have the finance agreement cancelled so we don't have to pay it back
