Hi, wondering if someone can help? Received a letter today from capquest saying my account had now been passed to shoesmiths so all further contact must be with them. This letter baffled me a little as I do not own an orange phone. I did own one around 6 years ago. But this is the first letter I have received regarding this. I have checked my credit file ( noddle and clear score) and I cannot see anything on there for orange or capquest. The amount they are requesting is ridiculous!! I know for a fact I would never have a phone bill of this amount. My question is... should I contact shoesmiths or wait for them to contact me?
