Hi There. We had a court order in place to repay £5 a month from January. We had a letter from the court today saying we had to pay the full amount of £1200 plus costs.
I phoned the court and they told me that Restons had challenged the order and there had been a hearing on the 9th of March and as we had not attended they had awarded them the full amount. We've been paying the £5 and knew nothing about the court hearing.
I've tried calling Restons but they never answer the phone, our online account says the agreement is in place and we've heard nothing else from them. What should we do?
