Apologies if this isn't the correct place.
I've been paying £80 per month to Ross and Roberts on behalf of a family member for council tax arrears.
Having checked the council tax website and downloaded the statement in pdf, I can see that it says on 4 occasions that £36.73 was credited as opposed to the £80 I paid for those particular months along with a payment of £2.30 as detailed below.
Can someone advise what the next course of action should be?
