Fos decision against payday lender confusing

The Abjudicator is handling my 2 complaints against PDUK and WDA who did rollover loans for me whilst in an IVA I could not provide bank statements due to having different Ones and being overdrawn etc some closed. I did sent credit report and offered evidence of my IVA. But she did not need the IVA details. She said in conclusion it was wrong for them to
Lend to me but had not asked them to do anything to rectify such as get them to write off some or all of the loans. I intend to challenge her decision to the Ombudsman. Has this happened to others ?

I should add that I accept it was wrong to take out these loans but sometimes we all do things and look back with regret.

Sorry for late update but the FOS upheld my complaints in both lenders and the debts were written off.
