Elderbridge Intrest Rate

Hi Any one,

I had a loan from the lovely people at First Plus (NOT!!), However this loan was transferred to the new people at Elderbridge as Barclays, First Plus did nothing with the interest rate on the secured loan does this mean that they will do nothing either?, How do I challenge this as this is as we all know very unfair. Also with this changing to Elderbridge, should we have to sign another contract and agree to there terms??
