  • Cabot taking me back to court

Casbolt are taking me back to court for the third time saying I voluntarily surrendered the car
But I have noticed when they sent me all the forms the one from British credit trust that states it's a voluntary surrender and warns me about being liable for costs and I should have signed
Has been signed but not by me someone has forced my signature will this go in my favour

Re: Casbolt taking me back to court

Hi Jason, does this relate to your previous posts? Is this an entirely new court claim since you last posted saying they have paid the claim fee.
I presume you mean Cabot when you refer to Casbolt?

What proof do you have that someone has forged your signature, is it different to your normal signature?
If you have a question about the voluntary termination process, please read this guide first, as it should have all the answers you need. Please do not hijack another person's thread as I will not respond to you

Yes mate same claim and it is totally different it's gone to small claims court same judge but no witness from them just a hearsay statement
Last time the judge said that they should drop the case unless they could get a witness that worked on the case to come to court

Do you mean that a completely new claim has been issued and Cabot has already issued a Witness Statement?
