    Thank you everyone my husband received another letter from Rossendales a notice of committal, he approached the local council and advised what had happened they contacted Rossendales directly and told them under no circumstances would they agree to this committal as my husband has only just found out about the debt and considered there actions inappropriate so have taken the debt back and squashed all fees and have agreed an affordable payment plan with us both. So thank you for your help and advice.
