Can anyone remember if next directory were sending out CCA application forms/agreements back in 1996 before you were able to get one of their catalogues and make a successful order?

OK, Next have admitted, they don't have original cca, and have sent 1 page template recon, current t&cs, and doc they refer to as a statement. They have avoided stating debt unenforceable.

my understanding (as Next state acc opened over 20 years ago) is that matter still in dispute, so their assignment to dca challengeable?

without the original c/a should Next be selling on the debt to a dca?
