  • DCA coming to dor

I have recieved two letters from the same DCA about two different debts. One a catalogue the other a credit card.

I've heard about the 3 letter process but don't know what it is.

Can I send a prove it letter? What will happen if I do? I simply don't have the money to pay them back. The DCA is fidelite.

I can't sleep for worrying and don't want them coming back to my house. Help needed desperately.

forget the 3 letter process - FOTL swaddle get you nowhere! they will not visit and if they sent somebody you would just tell them to hop it.

Give more details of each alledged debt i.e. start a thread for each, then the site can advise best way to go ahead,

never heard of a DCA called fidelite. seems to be this Scottish one credit management:- fidélité credit management

need to know more as I have said for the peeps to advise, try to give whom, when, type credit when last paid and amounts taken out etc>

Vanquis credit card - taken out 2013 and last payment was Sep/Oct last year. I assume this is why they are calling as debt over £3k.

I've had two visits from them already- told them to do one the first time but a week later they turn up again (I ignored it).

It's put me on edge to answer the door now.
