Yes maiden name that's what I don't understand. I defaulted on the card somewhere in 2008, way before I got married I spoke to impact and roburghe, nothing till now, That's why I want to ask! My bank details etc changed mid 2012 and now Ive come to home today to this! Something isn't right. but will call the courts tomorrow! Hopefully I can get some sense from someone! Thanks for the info tho, am I allowed to ask for breakdown at all? Of like where all this came from?

Yes that's the bugger, again though in my maiden name, although my work bank stuff is in my married name, I've not moved since at least 07!

the court won't be able to help with that, but if we apply to set aside we can ask the claimant for all the details and a copy of the original agreement.

How would I do that? I know I owe something, I've had that form today, and can I ask why wouldn't something so important not be sent be signed for, it's a bloody court order! How should I respond on form and should I show them the letters I Still have, proving it kept going up and it's always been wrong! I'm confused

If court documents were sent signed for expect many of them would be refused sending as the do unrecorded proof of posting is normally proof of delivery
