My ol friends..not been on the site for awhile (thats a good thing it means I am sorting my finances out).
the bank have been chasing me for over 6yrs for a large overdraft..the usual debt agencies passed around..i have kept in contact with the bank...tried to settle etc..(sorry I can't find my previous post)
Update to be shared after chasing me for over 3000.00 i have finally sorted this account out...they have refund 1800.00 and the balance is now down to 1000.00 they offered me 25.00 to say sorry for selling me a miss sold account
I have sent my final letter to the CEO requesting the account be written off (which is now 800.00....they remove the default that was for the wrong amount etc etc
thanks to Amethyst for proof reading my letters and guidance....imagine if I had paid the 3k!!!!
