Vanquis/Lowell/Bryan Carter - Mediation Date
Hi Everyone,
After sending back the Directions Questionnaire (N180) I have a mediation date set for the 3rd of Dec.
In the email that confirms the appointment there are 4 mediation requirements.
One of the is the following."I can confirm that I have enough information about the claim to allow me to enter into negotiations and that I do not require any further evidence from the other party before the appointment"
Neither Lowell nor Bryan Carter ever sent me the documents mentioned in the particulars on the claim form after me requesting it repeatedly as advised on the forum here.
What do I do next, can someone give me some advise please?
