Application ignored??

Hello,

I can't seem to get into the VIP forum anymore for some reason so I thought I'd post here.

I sent an application to the court recently to requesting a strike out of a claim by a DCA. Paid the money and spent a long time ensuring the application was complete. I included a draft order....the lot. The DCA Solicitors replied with an other request asking for my initial defence to be struck out.

I have received an order today to say the judge want a hearing and they enclosed the DCA solicitors application. Seems mine that was put in weeks prior to theirs has been ignored.

That can't be right???

Of course, though there are about 50 pages! Most of which have my details on there. :/
