Hi, thanks for getting back. I received a letter from Cabot dated 15th October to say they do not have any information and they would need to request from vanquis which they would need a further 40 days. I've had no reply from their solicitors ( cpr 31.14) . This was sent to them on 23rd of October so they have had their 7 days to respond.

Don't chase the CCA request!
You can chase the CPR31 .14 request use the template in the forum library, it still applies until the
claim is allocated to the small claims track.

ok but i need to file my defence today as i received the claim on 01 oct
