citi financial phone number please!!!

Hi
Has any one got a phone number for citi financial please. I have emailed the customer services and the ceo office several times with no luck. I returned the acceptance form for the missell of ppi on a loan on the 1st of Aug (recorded delivery) still no cheque, I was told I would receive the cheque within 20 working days. Any one else had dealings with Citi.

Hi Welcome to LB,

20 working days seems a little optimistic considering the amount of people reclaiming. 23 days less time for delivery as you posted at a weekend I guess being reasonable allowing for post etc., sometime next week would be the time to chase. Unless this timescale was put in writing I doubt there is much you can do.
