yes , I was doing it myself after using a company , was only paying £15.94 mth on a £2500 debt , so I am under the impression its statue at the end of this month

If your last payment was on the 27/8/2009 then it will not be statute barred until 27/9/2015.

If the dates are correct 27/09/2015 would be see the debt statute barred one month after the last ever payment.
