Lowell vs jd Williams

Hello

I stupidly forgot to pay off a credit account with jd Williams.

They never registered there account within my experian account, and now I have a default with Lowell for them!

I have paid the balance off before I received any paperwork from them!

How do I stand with getting the default removed!
