Advantage Gold Account in 2000 - any one know what benefits where included?

I was bullied into upgrading my Natwest account to an advantage gold account in 2000. I'm currently trying to reclaim the fees I just wondered if anyone else out there had an advantage gold account around that time who could clarify what benefits you received with it. Natwest are claiming to have no documentation on what they offered at this time. I know it was 15 years ago but I find it hard ot believe that they can't confirm with the Obmbusman what was included in the account.

Any information would be greatly received.
