Hi Kati I received this on the 24th October I'm well happy I keep writing to Train2Game they agree to cancel the course but I'm after a refunds of all my payments with them I wrote to various computer game companies also to city and guilds etc.

Have you got any replies from the computer game companies or C&G yet??

Hi Kati is there a good chance that Train2Game will give me a refund of the payments that I made. I have wrote them letters and contacted the FOS they said that they will not be refunding the fees to myself. But I will be sending the letters to the FOS for further investigation.

Yes bit odd check out on youtube the ATL episode dont get done get dom its quite interesting 6000 odd pounds for a welding course?.

There is'nt any they just agreed to cancel the course and that the college would pay back the outstanding balance. Also by mistake there was correspondance from ATL from someone that wanted to cancel his course I will be sending this back, Have a watch of this.

section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act?? I'm not 100% sure, but doesn't that relate to credit cards (not loans)??

CDF Have cancelled the course.

CDF can't cancel the course ... only the finance. The course is cancelled through T2G :tinysmile_twink_t2:

To be honest the course Is cancelled I'm happy with this. And it will cost me money it is being investigated by the FOS so I will wait and see what happens. At least I'm not paying any of the fees The CAB they basically told me that I could only pay a £1 legally they were'nt very helpful. I'll just hope for the best cheers.

The course is cancelled through t2g... but you need to make sure CDF have stopped charging you for the finance side of it too :tinysmile_hmm_t2:
