point 6 (on the left) on here confuses me too
The student will have the right to terminate the course, providing he/she returns all the course materials together with WRITTEN CANCELLATION within 7 days of signing the agreement, thus ensuring there is no confusion between the student and the college.
and point 7 (on the left):
THE COURSE CANNOT BE CANCELLED AFTER 7 DAYS FROM SIGNING THE AGREEMENT.
and point 6 (on the right):
I confirm that all the relevant points under the Consumer Credit Act, consumer legislation and/or the Sale of Goods and/or Provision of Services Law have been fulfilled and complied with to prevent misselling.
Doesn't the Consumer Credit Act give you 14 days to cancel (or am I mistaken)??

What would you get if you finished the course?? A diploma?? A City & Guilds??

Also ... how did you enrol?? did you send of an application?? ring the telephone number from their advert?? were you cold-called and offered the course??

And ... did you take out the "Optional Payment Protection Plan" on your loan with CDF??

To be honest I stopped doing the course years ago and I should have researched it years ago. I just didnt want the debt with the course so I typed in Train2Game and I was shocked when there were threads of etc. I was unhappy with the course and to be honest felt that I was duped into the course there was no guarantee of a Job even passing the course it was poorly presented also. I just want my money back .

Did you feel it was before you looked online, ie. were you unhappy with the course, or was it just you ran out of steam and decided not to do it any more, then searched online and found the collative learning site?

Robert Ager is the Man who took out an agreement with Skillstrain he cancelled the course after a month was contacted by Debt collection agencies didnt pay them and wrote to skillstrain about his course and found so much information about them regarding the bbc watchdog report in 2008. False endorsements etc I just typed in Train2Game and it came up with I was gutted. have a look at his website www.collativelearning/skillstrainscam.

Yes I did in the letters and the information about the consumer protection from unfair tradings regulations 2008 as I learned from Robert Agers video from the website Timeline was from Aug-Oct 14 I took the course out in 2009 2010-2011 DCA so 2011-2012 DCA to 2014 the debt collection agency was with Cabot financial. I paid £2000 odd pounds the agreement was for £4860. Have a look at the correspondance letters cheers.
