Thanks for that ... Could you possibly give us a timeline too??

Did you ever mention Mr. Rob Ager in any of your correspondence to them ... or was that name just in their letters??

Anything you can add would be a big help

    K xx

I started the course in 2009 about a year to 2010 then I moved out of my flat cancelled the direct debits the course was (in my opinion) pretty rubbish It gave you a qualification to get you a job in computer game design but there was no guaranteed job vacancy. support and tutoring no (from my own experience).

Have removed your letters as they had your name on. Do you want to redact it and put them back on.

Hi I took out a course with Train2Game back in 2009 started the course and cancelled my direct debit as to moving flat and getting a new job I then got contacted by a debt collection agency Cabot Financial where I set up an agreement with them in 2011. In 2014 I just wanted the course to be cancelled so I looked on google for train2Game it had big next to it. I then checked out the collative learning website skillstrain regarding Robert Ager who took out a course with Skillstrain and decided to cancel the course He found information on false endorsements and false information regarding the course He contacted trading standards and the smalls courts then wrote the company letters and eventually got his course cancelled. Anyway I have wrote to trading standards they have told me to contact the smalls claims courts which I did. I then wrote train2game a letter they wrote me one back with information about scurrilous comments regarding Robert Ager the second letter that I wrote to them I said that I would be contacting a legal reprisentative and legal action would take place. They sent me a letter saying as a goodwill gesture they would cancel the course. I then wrote them an e-mail saying that I would like to cancel the course and have all payments refunded to myself they said that they would not refund me. I have since wrote them another letter. Can anyone help.
Hi @25135591 - have you got any letters from train2game or their affiliates that you could post up (personal details removed) in order for the Beagles to see how they can best advise you??

Can you post up copies of your letters etc... ??
