Hi to all, settled with the bank after being threatened with eviction from the Family home by the L.P.A. solicitors.
Got a statement from the bank where there solicitors costs have been deducted from our bank account,now we had to pay our solicitors costs is it correct that the bank can charge us for there costs,even although this never went to court as they circumvented the court by using L.P.A. receivers.
Can only a judge award costs.
Also in the statement from the bank there has being money deducted from the account totaling just over Ten Thousand Pounds and the bank and L.P.A receivers have only supplied receipts for just over Six Thousand Pounds which includes the solicitors costs.
Any help appreciated.
