Fixed-Sum Loan Agreement regulated by the consumer credit act 1974

I have a fixed sum loan agreement for a car purchased spread over 5 years. I am currently 36 months into the agreement & would like to voluntary terminate the agreement & walk away by handing the car back to the finance company. I have repaid over half of the total amount payable already.

Do I have the option of voluntary terminating without paying a settlement figure or anything?
