  • PRA CCA

    Hi,

I wonder if anybody would be able to advise me. I have a defaulted account with Barclaycard which has been purchased by PRA and I am in the middle of going through self managed DMP. The account was opened in 2010. I have asked them for a copy of my CCA, they have provided a reconstituted one. What they have provided contains my correct name and address at the time of opening plus historic terms and conditions, a recent statement and a default notice, but none of the paperwork contains my credit limit on opening, nor does it contains the amount of interest I was to be charged. Does anyone know if these things need to be included for it to hold in court should they choose to obtain a CCJ?
