Lowell’s chasing statute barred barclaycard debt

Hi

My barclaycard debt was sold to Hoist which I successfully defended a claim from them. They then sold the debt to Lowell’s. The default that was on my account has now dropped off as it has passed the six year mark. However, I am still receiving texts and letters from Lowell’s. Can I just ignore?

Amend and send the following letter, make sure you get Proof of Postage.
