Lowell address

Hi to all of you.
I've been pestered for a while by Lowell for a Statue-Barred debt. I've already sent a Statue Barred letter (sign for) which did not reach them. I've sent yesterday a Special Delivery. I checked on the Post Office website (track and trace) and it looks like they are redirecting the letter to another new address. (see attachment). I've sent the first and the second letter to this address: Ellington House, Valley Park West, 9 Savannah Way, Leeds LS10 1AB. Is Lowell using a new correspondence address for the letter from 'customers' or is it just another dirty trick used by Lowell? Thank you for your help.

You've sent it to their Registered address, so it's fine, if they redirect it, that's up to them. You should get a response. Just wait a couple of weeks.
