Hi How would a debt collection agency know who your employer was to submit an attachment of earnings

If a debtor does not respond to the demands and it goes to CCJ for example and the debtor still didn't respond, how would the debtor know who your employers was?

Even if they went to the court for example as its a civil matter where would they go to find this info?

Judgement debtors can be summoned to give information about such things under CPR part 71.
