Hi I have a debt which was brought by Link from Barclays.
I have gone through the process of asking for the agreement etc.
Link have not provided anything.

link send out a statement of account every six months.
Within the letters they send out there is nothing stating the debt is unenforceable at present.

Should they be notifying me the debt is unenforceable when sending these statements out and if they should how can I make them aware they should be doing this without admitting the debt.

No, when you request a copy of the CCA, they will either provide a copy of the original or a reconstructed agreement.

Whatever they send needs to be checked. If they send 'nothing', then it is 'unenforceable' until they provide a copy of the agreement. The debt doesn't go away, it just mean they can't take the matter through the Courts.
