“We're considering legal action
We've reviewed the information on your credit file to get an understanding of your financial situation. As you've not been in contact, paid, or set up payment plan(s) on your account(s), we're considering instructing solicitors to take legal action.
Taking legal action would mean instructing solicitors to obtain a County Court Judgment
(CCJ) to help us recover what you owe. This could mean fees and interest are added which would increase your outstanding balance. A County Court Judgment (CCJ) would be visible on your credit file for six years.
Furthermore, if a County Court Judgment (CCJ) is granted and you still do not pay, we could apply for an attachment order on your wages, or request that a bailiff visits you at your home, to recover what you owe.
