Dealing with PRA group a request was put in for info under CCA for agreement statement of account etc using template on national debtline, I have had a reply but none of the documents I asked for I just got a copy letter of assignment from both the NatWest who my debt was originally with and PRA saying that they had purchased it I also noted that the address the letters were sent to were incorrect is this letter enough for them to enforce the debt or do they still have to provide my signed CCA.
