Hi All,
New here so this is my 1st post....
Wondering if anyone can help me I have just received a letter from Lowell Solicitors stating I had a CCJ entered against me in 2017 (which I know nothing about) but this may be because I have moved a few times etc it sayes its from an old 02 UK account so possibly mine but the last time I had an account with them was back in 2011.
They obv are saying they want payment etc or will apply for warrant of control which I understand but I have checked all credit files & been on trustonline to check & there is no ccj showing so I am confused & don't know what to do?
Does anyone know my next steps how do I reply etc
ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED as I only 10 days to contact them they say & I am stressing out....
