  • Old mobile phone debt

Hi, I’ve recently been contacted by Lowell regarding an old mobile phone debt with o2. I sent them a prove letter using one the templates. Today they replied in a email with a few details on a spreadsheet about the debt, when the contract started, termination date and fees ect. Including my last payment dated may 2016 so not quite statute barred. it looks like there is a £500 early termination fee been added even though the contract started in 2009 and terminated in 2016 so not entirely sure why that was added as the contract was only 24 months.
So far that’s all I have had from them. Does this constitute proof ? Or can I insist on official copies of contracts which I’m hoping they don’t have
basically what shall I do ignore them until letter of claim ? Or CCA request
thanks in advance for any advice
