Hello everyone.
The issue at hand is to do with a debt from a credit card which was put into a payment plan to which continuous of submitting payments was made on time every time.
Couple of years later section 21 was issued to move out, which happen, to which I had no fixed abode during the time of the letter sent to old address, thus no record of it. I have an affidavit to prove I had no fixed abode.
So how do I stand since agreed payment has already been made, and kept.
Upon reviewing the payment there is a ref and sort code but no account number but I have not changed anything from the start and I assume it’s traced by the ref no. So the only thing I can think of is the creditor has changed something their end. Which has been unknown to me, however even now payments are still being sent.
Do I have a case to have this matter set aside.
Thank you in advance to anyone's advice on the matter.
