Hi all.
ill be totally honest and I’m not sure if this is even the correct section but here goes.
I was made bankrupt in 2019 and discharged in June this year and just wanted a bit of advice on what to do next.
I have noticed that on a couple of the “free credit score websites” that a lot of my debt is still at the “default” stage and not at the “satisfied or partly satisfied”. How would be the best way to rectify these or do I need to leave it a bit longer to chase up?
Also I was discharged with no further action, eg no extra payments to the insolvency. Today however I have received a cheque for £6.17 from my contents insurance provider for them charging me to much interest between 25/12/15 - 24/12/20. So my question is do I need to inform the insolvency service about it with me being discharged?
thanks in advance and sorry if it’s in the wrong section
