Recently moved to my new address and have been receiving multiple letters from Lowells, I have emailed stating the bill couldn't be mine as the dates are grossly incorrect, and even the first name is spelt incorrectly.
The debt is regarding an EDF bill for 2000+gbp, with the supply end date being 22/02/2015. It is not possible as i had moved out of this address years before that date, making this debt (which i dont think exists in the first place) older than 6 years. I am unsure of how to prove that i had moved out in 2012/3, would information such as this be accessible in a credit report? Once i attain proof of this, how should i proceed, they have not issued any court orders yet, just constant letters stating a payment is due.
Thanks in advance!
